According to legal regulations, certain safety compo‑
nents need to be used when grinding wet.
Two possibilities exist:
• GFCI Ground Fault Circuit Interruptor
Reacts at a level of > 10 mA in extremly short time
(> 15 ms). Is incorporated in the machine cable. After
cut‑off of the supply current, the GFCI has to be acti‑
vated again. This protects also against unwanted
start‑up of the machine again.
• Transformer
The machines for wet grinding are supplied
with a conturplug, which fits into the secondary socket
of the transformer (ground at 12‑o’clock position).
According to the norms, it has a fixed
built in socket without grounding. On the primary side,
the transformer has a cable.
Country specific regulations have to be respected.
Necessary Safety
components
Selon les exigences de la loi, pour la rectification sous arrosage, des
sous‑groupes de sécurité doivent impérativement être mis enœvre.
On dispose pour cela de deux possibilités:
• Interrupteur de protection des personnes contre les
courants de court-circuit PRCD.
Se déclenche en un temps très court (> 15 ms) en cas de courant de
fuite de > 10 mA. Se trouve directement dans le câble d’alimentation.
Suite à l’interruption de la tension du secteur, l’interrupteur de pro‑
tection doit être remis en circuit. Cela protège contre une remise en
marche involontaire de la rectifieuse.
• Transformateur de séparation
Les machines pour les travaux sous arrosage sont
équipées en série d’une fiche à contours qui convient pour la prise
secondaire du transformateur de séparation (contact à la terre en
position 12 h). Conformément aux consignes, il dispose d’une
prise fixe sans contact de mise à la terre. Du côté primaire, le
transformateur de séparation est doté d’un câble de raccordement.
Les regulations spéciales des pays doivent être respectées.
