Schleifscheiben
Kühleres und weicheres Schleifen dank der offenen Lamellen-
anordnung nach dem „Ventilationsprinzip“.
Sehr schleiffreudig mit hohen Standzeiten durch Selbsterneue-
rung des Schleifmittels, gleichmässige Schleifleistungen bis
zum völligen Verbrauch der Scheibe, deshalb enormwirt-
schaftlich. Einsetzbar für den Grob-, Zwischen- und Feinschliff,
zum Entrosten, Entgraten, Gussputzen, im Flächenschliff,
zum Schleifen in Kantennähe
LFT: konische Ausführung für steilere Anstellwinkel
LFS: flache Ausführung für flachere Anstellwinkel

Cooler and smoother, cushioned grinding, due to open
leaf design, according to the ventilation principle. Long
service life, layered flaps and designed to wear evenly
so that new surfaces are exposed to maintain a uniform
action over a long period of time.
Abrasive flaps stay sharp until disc is completely worn
out. Suitable for grinding, blending and finishing on flat
and contoured surfaces.
LFT: Type 29 contoured, operating angle 5–15 degrees
LFS: Type 27 flat, operating angle 0–15 degrees

Assiettes et disques à lamelles pliées
Meulage plus doux et à température moins élevée grâce au dispositif à lamelles ouvertes
selon le „principe de la ventilation“. Parfaitement aptes au meulage,
avec des durées de vie très longues grâce à l’auto-rénovation
du produit abrasifs; un rendement de meulage uniforme jusqu’à
l’usure totale du disque, donc un excellent rapport coût-efficacité.
Utilisable pour le meulage grossier, intermédiaire et fin, pour le
dérouillage, l’ébavurage, l’ébarbage et le parachèvement des
moulages, la rectification des surfaces planes, le meulage à
proximité des arêtes.

Durch die Verwendung von Vlies mit Keramikanteilen ist eine
eindeutige Schleifrichtung auf dem bearbeiteten
Material sichtbar, d. h. Schweißnahtbearbeitung und
Finish in einem Arbeitsgang (= Zeitersparnis)

For processing stainless steel welds.
Through the use of non-woven material with ceramic parts,
a definite grinding direction is visible on the processed
material, i.e. welding and finishing in one work process (=
saves time)
Disques à lamelles en tissu de fibre comprimé
Pour l‘usinage de points de soudure sur l‘acier inoxydable.
L‘utilisation de textile non tissé avec céramique permet de remarquer clairement
le sens de meulage sur le matériau usiné, c‘est-à-dire l‘usinage des points de
soudure et la finission en une seule opération (= gain de temps)
